  • Pouch features a compact, convenient design with velcro straps on back to allow it to be easily applied to or removed from a belt
  • Straps serve as breakaway feature in the event the pouch becomes caught in machinery, protecting the employee
  • Includes: (1) S1010 Compact zippered pouch, (2) 410KARED Zenex™ thermoplastic padlocks, (2) 493B 120/240V Circuit breaker lockout devices, (1) 491B 480V Circuit breaker lockout device, (2) 1"" 420 Steel jaw hasps, (3) 497A ""Do Not Operate"" laminated lockout tag pack (12 tags per pack)
