PROBUY RETURN POLICY

All product returns must be pre-approved by PROBUY prior to shipment.

1. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Proof of purchase from PROBUY is required for all returns.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in saleable condition.
  • Products sold as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by PROBUY or the manufacturer.
  • A restocking fee may apply depending on the item type. Any applicable fee will be communicated prior to processing the return.

2. FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following products are sold on a final sale basis and are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made items
  • Special-order or sourced items
  • Clearance or “while supplies last” products
  • Any product designated by PROBUY as final sale

3. RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

Returns requested beyond 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted unless otherwise noted. However, PROBUY will make a good-faith effort to provide prompt correction or reasonable adjustments for any product found to be defective within the applicable warranty period.

Information Required:

  • Purchase date
  • Invoice number
  • Item number

5. RETURN INSPECTION & CREDIT PROCESS

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival at a PROBUY facility.

  • A credit will be issued only for products that meet all return requirements.
  • If a product does not meet the stated return criteria, PROBUY will contact the purchaser to arrange return shipment back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once the returned item is received by PROBUY.
